Oktober 2026 um 9.30 Uhr im Auditorium der Angewandten: Vordere Zollamtsstra\u00dfe 7, 1030 Wien&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Winter Term 2026\/27 starts for all First Year Students on October 1, 2026, at 9.30 am, in the Auditorium of Angewandte, at Vordere Zollamtsstra\u00dfe 7, 1030 Wien&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Rektorat und das Team der hufak (der Hochsch\u00fcler*innenvertretung) freut sich, alle zu Beginn des ersten Studienjahrs an der Angewandten zu begr\u00fc\u00dfen. Es folgen wesentliche Informationen zum Studium und zum Uni-Betrieb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be welcomed by Angewandte by the Rectorate and the hufak (= students union) and introduced to basic information about your study by Angewandte\u2019s team.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So sieht das Tagesprogramm aus:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>9.30 Uhr: Start Fr\u00fchst\u00fccksbuffet mit Geb\u00e4ck, Kaffee, Tee, Fr\u00fcchten\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10.00 Offizielle Begr\u00fcssung durch die Rektorin, die Hochsch\u00fcler*innenschaft, Vizerektorin, International Office und dem B\u00fcro f\u00fcr Studienangelegenheiten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10.30 &#8211; 12.00 Gef\u00fchrte Touren durch die Hauptgeb\u00e4ude und Werkst\u00e4tten\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12.00: Plant-based Mittagsbuffet im libanesischen Stil im Innenhof des Oskar-Kokoschka Platz 2<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12.30: Info- und Drink-Stand der Studierendenschaft, diverse weitere Aktivit\u00e4ten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open End<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here is the programme for the day:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>9.30 am: Breakfast buffet, featuring pastries, coffee, tea, fruit\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10.00 Official welcome by the Rectoress, the Students\u2019 Union, the Vice-Rectoress, the International Office and the Office of Academic Affairs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10.30 \u2013 12.00 Guided tours of the main buildings and workshops<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12.00 pm: Plant-based Lebanese-style lunch buffet in the courtyard of Oskar-Kokoschka Platz 2<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12.30 pm: Student Union information and drinks stand, plus various other activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open End<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es gibt gef\u00fchrte Touren durch die Universit\u00e4t, die M\u00f6glichkeit, die Werkst\u00e4tten und die Bibliothek zu erkunden, das Team vom International Office zu treffen, den wichtigen Bereich Studienangelegenheiten, das B\u00fcro der hufak sowie viele andere wichtige Ankerpunkte der Angewandten. Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich besteht immer auch die M\u00f6glichkeit zu einem informativen \u00dcberblick f\u00fcr alle, die bei den Touren nicht mitgehen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There will be guided tours through the university, you will explore the workshops and the Library, meet the team of the International Office, find the important Office of Student affairs, arrive at the office of hufak, and find many other important anchor points of Angewandte.
