– Matura
\n– excellent written and spoken German and English skills<\/p>\n
– Appointment coordination (shared calendar)
\n– Budget management
\n– Use and maintenance of internal databases
\n– Meeting organization and taking minutes
\n– Event management incl. mailings
\n– Researching legal materials
\n– Website maintenance as well as inventory and ordering<\/p>\n
– A varied job in an interesting university environment
\n– You can draw on the knowledge of a well-established team<\/p>\n
– High social and organizational skills
\n– Reliability and accuracy
\n– Very good knowledge of common IT programs (MS Office inApple\/MAC)
\n– Experience in dealing with databases<\/p>\n
– Technical know-how
\n– Possibly knowledge of Photoshop or InDesign or a talent for graphic design
\n– Experience with social media
\n– Independence, flexibility, willingness to work closely in a team
\n– Enthusiasm for a varied field of work<\/p>\n
Working hours are Monday to Friday. Flexible working hours (home office) during lecture-free periods.
\nThe minimum monthly salary for this position is currently \u20ac 1,190.10 gross (14x per year).
\nDue to the required professional experience, this amount may be increased accordingly by taking into account job-specific previous experience in accordance with the collective agreement (contract staff v \u00a7 71 VBG).
