The Satzung (statutes) of Hufak is the legal basis for the organisation of the university representation. While federal law sets some bounds on Hufak’s activities through the Hochschülerschaftsgesetz, many other aspects (such as which departments exist, what constraints there are on the spending limits for StVs etc.) are not set in stone but can be changed by the university representation.

The Hufak Satzung is not to be confused with the Angewandte Satzung!
